Enjoy this recipe from Beth, a teacher at my kids school.

2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups instant oatmeal, uncooked

1. Mix sugar & cocoa in heavy saucepan.
2. Add butter & milk. Bring to a boil & boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
3. Add vanilla, peanut butter & oatmeal. Stir until combined well.
4. Before mixture cools, drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Cool.
Could these no bake cookies be any easier?! :) Enjoy.
