Print This Page

These homemade popsicles can be modified to suit your family's taste.
Use fruit juice or follow this recipe with yogurt & frozen berries.

Perfect for a hot summer day.

This recipe comes from a cookbook called, Healthy Cooking For Your Kids.

A generous 2 cups frozen berries, your choice of flavor
1-3/4 cups plain yogurt
1 T. honey

1. Place the berries in a blender or food processor; pulse to break up the berries.
2. Add the yogurt & honey; blend to combine.
3. Pour into 6 popsicle molds or paper cups; insert a lollipop stick into juice. Freeze for 6 hours.
4. To unmold, run under water to release popsicle from mold. If using paper cups, simply tear away the cup from the popsicle.
