deliciously healthy.
Once your kids learn to use the blender; they can make this easy recipe on their own. Even better!

This recipe is for a single serving.

2 T. plain yogurt
1 T. maple syrup
3/4 cup frozen berries of your choosing

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor; blend until combined & frothy. Serve immediately.
