Easy Pasta Salad

Print This Page

This easy pasta salad really is a "no-recipe" recipe,
because you can add any ingredient your family loves.

pasta salad

We like it as follows:
1 pkg. curly or bowtie noodles, cooked and drained.
1 pkg. Hormel turkey pepperoni, this is in the refrigerator lunch meat section; chopped. Add ham if you prefer that.
Mozzarella cheese, cubed -- add to your tastes. Feta cheese is delicious too.
Black olives, sliced
Grated carrots
Peppercini's from a jar, chopped -- this can be the deal breaker for us. If we are out of peppercini's; we don't make the salad. We love these.
Green onions if your family likes them, chopped.
Green pepper -- again only if your family likes these.
Good Seasoning Italian dressing mix -- made per package directions. Add as much as you need for moisture and taste.
I always need to add freshly cracked pepper.

Have salad dressing on the table when you serve it for those who like extra dressing.

Mix it all together; stick it in the fridge if you have time.
Serve with bread or as a side to your meal.

Slam-dunk yummy!
