Easy Lasagna Recipe

This easy lasagna recipe makes for simple weekday fare, and it's yummy to boot!
1 jar (28 oz.) favorite spaghetti sauce 1 lb. lean ground beef, ground turkey or chicken, or turkey sausage, browned -- (remember to take the casing off the turkey sausage). 8 oz. grated mozzarella cheese 15 oz. container ricotta cheese 9 oz. box no-boil lasagna noodles
1. Brown ground meat; salt & pepper to taste and add Italian seasoning to make an easy sausage flavor (if not using sausage). Drain if necessary. 2. Place a light layer of spaghetti sauce on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. 2. Add browned ground meat to remaining sauce. 3. In medium sized bowl, add 3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese and 2 T. water. Set aside until layering.
Layers: 1. Light layer of spaghetti sauce 2. Layer of no-boil lasagna noodles -- do not overlap. 3. Spaghetti/meat sauce 4. Layer of no-boil lasagna noodles -- do not overlap. 5. Ricotta/mozzarella cheese mixture 6. Layer of no-boil lasagna noodles -- do not overlap. 7. Spaghetti/meat sauce 8. Remaining mozzarella cheese
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
