Print This Page

This coconut macaroon recipe bursts with deliciously strong flavor
& only 4 ingredients.
How easy is that!! :)
Love the browned coconut on the outside with a chewy center.
Delectable!
This recipe comes from Nestle Toll House and makes about 4 dozen cookies.

1 pkg. (14 oz.) or 5 1/3 cups flaked coconut
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Line cookie sheets with foil; grease the foil.
3. In a large bowl, combine coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla & almond extract.
4. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet; press each cookie slightly with back of spoon.
5. Bake for 10 - 14 minutes until lightly browned around edges. Immediately remove from cookie sheet to wire rack to cool.

For Chocolate Coconut Macaroons:
Stir 1/4 cup Nestle Toll House semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips into dough. Bake as indicated above.
