I had chocolate crumble bars for the first time when we came to the Philippines and lived in the dorm. Trying to help me provide yummy desserts for a houseful of guys, our cook suggested these. Thank you Tita!
After tasting them, I wondered if I'd been asleep for years or something -- how had I missed these delicious bars? They are full of chocolatey goodness & have a delightful crumble topping. You won't be disappointed :)
