This yummy cilantro chicken wrap recipe has become my oldest daughter's favorite. After discovering it, she had it 4 times in one week!
It's fresh & flavorful.

Ingredients: Serves 4; 1 wrap each. You will definitely want to eat more than one.
2 lb. chicken, cut in strips & lightly seasoned with taco seasoning, or McCormick's Mesquite Seasoning. Small flour tortillas
Sauce: I tripled this amount. 6 T. sour cream -- could substitute 3 T. plain yogurt & 3 T. light sour cream Juice of one lime; try to get as much pulp squeezed in as possible; I used a capful of refrigerator lime concentrate. 1 minced jalapeno (the refrigerator kind) - or less to control spice. 1 tsp. minced garlic 1 tsp. cumin 1/4 tsp. salt, or less if sensitive to salt 1/4 cup minced red onion 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1. Cut chicken into strips & saute in a little bit of olive oil; season lightly with taco seasoning or McCormick's Mesquite. 2. Mix sauce: from sour cream to cilantro. 3. Add a little sauce to the chicken -- about 2 Tablespoons. 4. Line warmed tortillas with chicken; top with sauce & roll. Enjoy.
You could add or substitute sliced green peppers to this or raw, chopped spinach or anything your taste bud's demand. :)
