Print This Page

You will have this Chicken Alfredo recipe memorized in no time,
because it's so easy and has so few ingredients.
Now, how great is that?!

I found this easy dinner recipe in a Taste Of Home magazine.

Serves 4
9 oz. uncooked fettuccine
3 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 pkg. (10 oz.) ready-to-serve roasted chicken breast strips
1-1/2 cups Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain.
2. Cook frozen vegetables for 2 - 3 minutes in boiling water; drain.
3. Combine all ingredients , except cheese in saucepan; heat through.
4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Serve with garlic french bread; you can buy this in the freezer section ready-made or make your own.

GARLIC FRENCH BREAD:
1 loaf french or sourdough bread
Butter, softened
Garlic powder
Parmesan Cheese, shredded

1. Slice bread in half lengthwise; spread each side with butter; sprinkle with garlic powder & parmesan cheese.
2. Place on ungreased baking sheet & cook for 10 - 12 minutes in 400 degree oven.
3. Slice.
Enjoy!
