Blueberry Crisp Recipe

Print This Page

This delicious blueberry crisp recipe came from
my dear sister-in-law, Ruth.
It's hard to stop eating this yummy goodness.

Blueberries are so good for you!

Is it the same if they are covered in brown sugar & butter?
And, topped with ice cream? :)
I say, "Yes!"

4 cups frozen blueberries -- rinse, but do not squeeze out moisture.
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

1. Combine butter, flour, and cinnamon.
2. Place berries on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan; top with butter mixture.
3. Drop globs of brown sugar mixture over all.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.

Serve warm over vanilla ice cream.
This is oh so yummy!
